I've always wanted to try making my own bread but it always looked super complicated and like you needed a special machine. But oh my wow I found a 4 ingredient bread recipe that you can make in one day or leave overnight and bake in the morning. If I can do it with two kiddos running around you definitely can too!

- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon yeast
- 1.5 cups warm water
In a bowl, stir the flour, salt, years, and warm water together with a wooden spoon until it's combined. Cover with a towel or plastic wrap 8-24 hours. Turn dough out onto well floured surface (I suggest a wooden cutting board) and form into a ball. Rest for 30 minutes. Coat baking dish with high sides with oil (a crock pot will work) and preheat oven to 450 degrees. Slash "X" on top of bread and insert into baking dish, cover with foil. Bake 20 minutes; uncover and bake 10 more minutes until slightly browned. *You could cook 30 and 15 for a browner crust.* Cool before slicing.
